LUXARLON – Real Estate Website

The magnificent LUXARLON complex, built in 1900 and with its characteristic architecture, is located directly on the Place du Luxembourg.

THE TASK

Create a website to attract potential investors. With a little challenge: Bruxelles in Lock-Down due to Covid Restrictions potential investors might not have the chance to visit the building in person.

THE IDEA

In order to market this extraordinary object, we created an online presentation that arouses interest.

THE OUTCOME

Not your ordinary real-estate pdf. The website fulfilled it's demand and in these uncertain times it created some certainty: This is the right place.

PHOTO PRODUCTION

Quite a challenge to get the right pictures due to Corona and a ban on drones. So we focused on different angles to show the buildings character from below.
